Dictation does: the speech models run on your Mac and work offline. Magic Pen sends the text you select to the provider you choose, using your own key. You can point it at a local or self-hosted endpoint so nothing leaves the machine.
On first launch Instello checks for shortcuts other apps have claimed and asks, tool by tool, whether to take them. Every shortcut can be rebound, and a single modifier key like Right ⌘ counts as a shortcut too.
